1. Subscriptions and Payments

All paid subscriptions and services offered directly by InteractAI.ai are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.  Services which are procured THROUGH InteractAI, LLC, but not billed directly are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Refunds and Cancellations of the contracted Vendor.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription to services billed directly by InteractAI with 30 days written notice.  Services provided by a third party vendor are subject to that vendor's cancellation policy
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances for InteractAI billed services.   Refunds from third party vendors are subject to those vendors' refund policies:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Failure to deliver the purchased service as described.
• Any other case where required by applicable law.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

4. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

• Services already rendered.
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions.
• Failure to use the Service during the subscription period.

5. Changes to Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
